Bill Grinnell received Bachelor’s degrees from the University of Washington in History and Drama with a 3.45 gpa in 1997.
In fact he overdid it. He earned 144 credit hours in Drama while also gaining production experience in many plays, either as a lighting designer or performer.
Bill began making short films while still in college. This was when you either had to bear the huge expense of working with film or work with common VHS video. Bill chose VHS, giving him the freedom to hone his craft, greatly aided by his education in Drama.
